Call us to set up a quick visit to our school. We want you to see the fun!
Complete the simple application form and pay the small Application Fee.
Give us copies of your child's Birth Certificate and Vaccination Records.
Pay Deposit: Send in the Deposit to officially hold your child's spot.
Ask your doctor to fill out the official School Medical Form we provide.
Complete the last pages, including your Emergency Contacts.
